Description
This course provides a unique opportunity for participants to understand how ASME B31.8 code is used for the design, operation, maintenance, and repair of natural gas distribution and transmission pipelines.

Participants are encouraged to bring a copy of the code to the training session. Participants will understand the application of the code.

Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:

- Understand and explain the causes and modes of pipeline failure
- Identify pipeline defect and evaluate them.
- Recognize pipeline repair techniques
